Can't believe October has come and gone. Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween night of trick or treating. So with October 31 officially behind us we can start our holiday crafting. This is a wonderful time to make mini albums and home decor pieces for your family and friends.
Here is Kaiserkraft's 'Merry Christmas' script word. It measures about 6 inches high and 15 inches long. I painted the wooden letters white and covered it with Basic Grey's Jovial pattern paper. The script word is chunky and is really easy to trace around the letters to cut the pattern paper. The reindeer (triple layered for dimension) are cut out of brown cardstock, using the Tim Holt'z Sizzix reindeer die, and are covered with warm transparent glitter. The brown cardstock shows through the warm glitter as a bronze finish. You could definitely embellish the script more with buttons, diecuts, bling etc. I think a perfect spot for this decor piece would be on a mantle, a home office or any little corner that could use some holiday cheer.
