Tim Holtz- Rosette Flowers

I attempted to make my first rosette flower during a class 2 years ago at Heidi Swapp's Creative Escape event in Arizona. We were given a strip of paper and had to make valley and mountain folds by hand- a tad on the finicky side. Was I happy with the result? Yes, have I made one since then? Nope.... UNTIL...I got my hands on Tim Holtz's rosette die. Pure genius of him to team up with Sizzix to create a die that perforates and scores at the same time to make rosettes in just a few seconds. It's so versatile, you can pretty it up or leave it plain for projects with a masculine theme. I have a few simple tips to use the same die and to make smaller and larger rosettes. My tutorial is posted over on the Scrapbook and Cards Today blog, the link is here.
